As you all probably know, sophomores are having MCAS next Tuesday and Wednesday. Here are some ideas of what to do while you’re in the cafeteria, auditorium, or gymnasium.
1. Read a Book!!!!!!!!
Or read The Tanner Times. Make Ms. Moylan proud!
2. Play a board game
You could probably fit a full game of Monopoly in the four hours we have. Make sure to have a rematch the next day, too.
I have nothing to do and wake up at 5 AM. Why not?
4. Play cards
Just try not to get in trouble like Allen and Connor did during class.
5. Talk to your friends
Watching Netflix might seem like a resourceful activity, but sometimes it’s good to just talk to the people next to you and not be antisocial.
6. A massive game of Seven Up or Four Corners
Remember those games from both elementary and middle school? Imagine playing them with about 200 people.
7. Karaoke or a mini party
The boredom might become a little too much to handle. Make sure to sing the quadratic formula, too :)
8. Make TikToks/vlogs
They might be cringey, but at least it’s something.
9. Think of better ideas for the next MCAS
Teachers are annoyed and students want to stay home. Hopefully next time we can find a middle ground.
10. And finally, do homework
This might be a last resort, but it will definitely kill time.
